April 25, 2004--Steve Scott, principal, and Robert Wasserman, associate, of the firm's LA North/Ventura office represented the seller, Keith Austin, an individual investor and private lender of commercial properties. The buyer, Fred Halimi, was represented by Martin Agnew of Marcus & Millichap.
