August 17, 2004 -- Options to the typical wood frame buildings would be steel-framed buildings, which range in size from the smallest storage garage up to the largest industrial complex.

Steel can actually save customers money because it takes less time to erect, so labor costs are reduced and materials are sold by the pound instead of by the foot.

Steel frames are usually associated with commercial structures like skyscrapers, factories, warehouses or utility buildings. However, the ongoing trend is construction of steel-framed houses as well as commercial structures that are "apart from the norm" of the building industry.

This is a customizable Steel Building that the customer can actually design, and then we create a customized package for a home or other sructures. The packages include pre-sized steel components for the frame and other elements, which are delivered to the site unassembled with detailed plans and instructions. The buyer is responsible for the actual construction, although, we are equipped to handle the assembly and related construction work.
